Here are listed the most important modifications introduced in "Interface Equilibrator v1.0.1" (starting from the previous version, that is, "Interface Equilibrator v1.0.0"). --------------------------------------------------------- Improvements in the equilibration's methodology: > In the automated methods to refine and polish the fluid interface mesh during the equilibration, the algorithm that detects and removes clusters of collapsed facets in the mesh has been improved to remove these mesh's defects more effectively when they arise during an equilibration. --------------------------------------------------------- Fixes to minor problems related to the equilibration's settings: > If "Manual" was the selected mode in the "Equilibration" tab of the "Equilibration's settings" window, and if the "Times the number of fluid-fluid interface mesh vertexes" option was selected in the "Monte Carlo simulation's steps to execute" controls, then (in some cases) the launched equilibration was stopped before the requested number of MC steps was executed. This problem has now been fixed. --------------------------------------------------------- Fixes to minor problems related to the graphical user interface's functionalities: > Fixed a problem with the camera view's zoom that was occurring when regulating the zoom from the controls in the "Camera's position" window.
