Overview of the changes introduced in our "Terms and Conditions", "End-User License Agreement" (EULA), and "Privacy Statement" from 1st Mar. 2026:

- in the "Terms and Conditions", "EULA", and "Privacy Statement", we edited the Owner's details, replacing the "Soligno Technologies" organization with "Giuseppe Soligno", and we clarified that the "Soligno Technologies" organization is now dissolved.

- In the "Terms and Conditions", we edited the text in sections "III", "IV", "V", and "VIII", and we removed section "VI" to consider that we no longer offer paid licenses, but only fully free services.

- In the "Terms and Conditions", we removed section "IX Applicable Law, Disputes, and Jurisdiction". 

- In the "Privacy Statement", we edited the "Personal data that we process" and "For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data" sections to consider that we no longer offer paid licenses, but only fully free services.

- In the "Privacy Statement", we edited the "Embedded videos" section to say that now we embed also videos from the video hosting platform "YouTube" (in addition to videos from the video hosting platform "Vimeo").
