Overview of the changes introduced in our "Terms and Conditions" and "End-User License Agreement" (EULA) from 11th Feb. 2026: - in the "Terms and Conditions", we adapted subsection "III.i" to better clarify the scope of Academic licenses, which are now fully free, and to introduce a new type of license (Perpetual license). - in the "Terms and Conditions", we adapted subsection "III.h" and section "V" to include also the case of Perpetual licenses. - in the "Terms and Conditions", we adapted subsection "III.i" and section "IV" to extend the scope of Trial licenses to commercial purposes. - in the "Terms and Conditions", in subsections "III.d", "III.e", and "III.i", and in sections "VI" and "XI", and in the EULA, we specified that agreements made between the Owner and the User prevail. - Other minor wording modifications (e.g., replaced "Vendor" with "Owner").
